For delivery purposes, it is highly important that you provide accurate Personal Data.
The Product shall be delivered to the address you provided (by any means deemed appropriate by Mistake Official) and it is subject to the following conditions:
Delivery of product shall only be WITHIN Malaysia.
Delivery is on a best-effort basis and will be postponed, allotted or re-assigned at Mistake Official’s discretion without prior notice. Delivery time and day are only estimations.

Mistake Official will endeavor to stick to the subsequent in respect of the delivery of your purchased Product:

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan
Minimum 4 working days
Any Product successfully purchased via our Mistake Official Store Online will be delivered according to the table illustrated above.
In rare instances, delivery is also delayed in the event of service interruptions or failures beyond Mistake Official’s management. In such circumstances, you agree that Mistake Official won’t be accountable and/or responsible for any of your losses and/or damages, if any, as a result of such delay.
Mistake Official reserves the right to alter or discontinue any delivery choice at its sole and absolute discretion.
Warranty and exchange policy
All purchases once payment is made are final. All items in Mistake Official are entitled to one warranty/size exchange however it’s NOT entitled to any refund policy.
All item comes with fourteen days warranty amount starting from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects. Item is only entitled to warranty claims if it’s a manufactured flaw upon receipt.
If you’d prefer to change the size of the item you buy, kindly request it within fourteen days starting from the date of purchase. Item is only entitled to exchange request if the item is returned in full.
All item isn’t entitled to warranty claims or exchange request if it’s found to been normal tear and wears, tampered, modified or damaged caused by a natural hazard.
You will need to be accountable for all the delivery cost needed for the warranty claim or exchange request.
All warranty claims or exchange request must be created within fourteen days from the date of purchase and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org which has your personal info along with your request.
Item that is sold during promotional period is ONLY entitled for warranty policy but NOT exchange policy (incorrect size or colour).
Any warranty claims or exchange request after the fourteen days from the date of purchase will not be taken into consideration.
Any changes or discrepancy from the above-stated conditions is Mistake Official’s judgment.
